    About Me

    Yoga Teacher

My practise began as a teenager, initially drawn to the strong style of Ashtanga and the creative 'Free-Style Yoga' taught by my teacher. 13 years on and my passion lies in Vinyasa Flow yoga, appreciating the way flow yoga brings freedom in the body and I love the meditative quality of moving with breath.

I studied Alignment Yoga, where I learnt a yoga practise that included various styles, with a focus on Iyengar and emphasis on Alignment and Yoga Therapy. With my personal practice and passion being mainly influenced by Vinyasa Flow, when studying I wanted to learn more about alignment to bring balance to my teaching. I hope this has brought grace and strength to my practise and I am inspired to bring that same energy to others.

I am interested in yoga's ability to build strength and awareness within the body, both physically and mentally. I believe in tuning into the connection between mind and body and through that awareness comes grounding. I consider yoga to be a powerful vehicle to true health in the body and mind and with this clarity of being mindful we understand ourselves more deeply.

I love teaching dynamic and creative flow yoga classes, where students can stretch out and move the body and spend time grounding and connecting with themselves in a caring environment where everyone is welcome.

    Nutritional Therapist

I have always had a passion for food; how delicious it is but also how much it affects our bodies and how healing it can be. I am fascinated by health and nutrition and I always wanted to know WHY something is good for us and why it differs from person to person.

I believe positive changes to our diet and lifestyle can have a real impact on how we feel and consequently this brought me to study and practise nutrition. I want to pass on this knowledge and help others with their diets and to feel amazing.

I am a fully qualified nutritional therapist and have completed 3 years training in naturopathic nutrition at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine. The training style follows the principles of functional medicine and science-based methods, assessing the underlying causes of symptoms and treating the body as a whole.
